Horrible service and seems the flowers are also old. Here is what happened... I came in on February 14th and waited for 20 minutes for someone to approach me. During this time another young guy came and was asking for a refund because 80 roses he received were half dead...which left me with concerns as well. After 20 minutes of waiting an older woman finally approached me and said that we should go select the flowers and she will put together the flowers. As I was selecting she simply switched to a different guy and left me in the room. I saw the flowers I wanted and returned back to the room waiting for a consultant to approach for 10 minutes. Nobody came and it was a complete mess. I turned around and left to a different shop where they quickly in 10 minutes put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Never going here again...

After opening - it was my favorite store. Now there is no foot, and I will not recommend to anyone! Unless you want to buy flowers that will stay at home for a maximum of two days and spoil the mood of service, please. A similar situation has already happened twice. The first time I turned a blind eye to it, but now I won't. My boyfriend, being abroad, wanted to make me happy on February 14, ordered beautiful roses here. (I will also attach a photo) As a result, I contacted the manager myself, and I was asked to come over store to replace the bouquet. Replaced, almost the same, but with a slightly better look. They stood for exactly one day. Given the fact that at home I renewed the cut, cleaned and added fertilizer for cut flowers. P.S. next for the same flowers were already on sale in the store😆 Is it normal to sell the customer rotten and withered flowers twice ?! It would be better to take care of your reputation and make normal bouquets than to take on a million orders that you can't handle!

Once I ordered flowers here on an ongoing basis and was satisfied. Now it is slag. I ordered 2 bouquets, one for 1200, the second for 500 hryvnias, and they don't look like their money at all. The one over 1200 looks like 300-400. Packed not as requested, delivered at the wrong time, which was agreed in advance.
