Poor experience. Poor service. I placed the order at 6 am for delivery between 6-9. I contacted them about a potential delivery time and they said the courier would call after 9 for delivery time between 9-12, I tried to write and call on Viber and WhatsApp with not response, finally received a call after 12, too later for the birthday, too late for delivery and poor communication. Will not attempt to order again. Requesting a refund.

Recommend. Ksli honestly, already surprisingly - they brought a fresh flower. I ordered from others for 5-6 days and wither. And here they have been standing for 2 weeks already, in gratitude I decided to write a review 😉

I do not recommend it. 29.08 ordered 51 tulips with delivery on 30.08. There are no questions about the manager's work - they contacted and clarified the necessary information. The courier arrived on time, the flowers were fresh, but only 39 of the 51 ordered arrived. I contacted the manager, explained the problem - they promised to figure it out. A day later, there was no answer. I wrote to the manager again, again assured that they would soon contact me from the management department. But more than 8 days have passed, and no one has tried to somehow solve this situation.

Thanks for the prompt delivery. You helped us out. I was surprised by the taste of the florist and the condition of the flowers. Not pompous, neat, stylish. The flowers are not shabby. The courier, unlike others, found the address the first time.
