He has been a regular customer of this store until today. He wanted to please his beloved and buy her white chrysanthemums. Once again I decided to use the services of a "magic trio". I was in a hurry, so I trusted the seller in the selection of the bouquet (which I later regretted). I paid quickly, got in the car and in 5 minutes I was home. They unpacked and realized that 4 of the 5 branches of the flowers had faded and turned black. Arrived at the store, did not want to quarrel, hoped that they would offer to change to fresh, but the seller accused me that I did not check the bouquet when buying and he is to blame. It all happened in the presence of another client. After the accusations, the seller gave the money dissatisfied, although I asked to replace it with another, which was refused. Well, of course I went to another store, where I was greeted, before packing showed each branch of flowers, although I did not even ask.

We bought flowers from you for at least 6 years, for all events, how many of your bouquets your husband gave you, you can't count at all. When they ordered the next bouquet, they said that the flowers wither quickly, to which we were told that they needed to be cut, approx. Today my husband brought another bouquet, which began to die in an HOUR! There is air conditioning in the car, at home there are 2 air conditioners, and as a result, not fresh flowers. Wish you never heard us

I often order flowers in this store. Always of excellent quality, fresh. There is a possibility of delivery to the address. Flowers generally last long.
