01/19/21 at 15.00 I made an order through the online store a bouquet of 25 roses worth 1260 UAH and self-pickup at 18.00. I will not delve into the organization of work through the site, but at 17.30 they called me back from the store and told me there were no such flowers, we will put together something for you ..... refused to hang up, they are not interested in a refund. The phone of the online store does not answer or is busy
She is a long-time client of Camellia, and flowers have always been delivered on time and fresh. This time the roses arrived a little frozen, but the situation was promptly corrected by delivering another bouquet for free. This attitude towards the customer evokes respect and a desire to remain a fan of this brand in the future.

Six months ago I opened this store and since then I buy flowers only here. Bribes a very large range of fresh flowers and charming florists who really hear me and feel my request. I'm always surprised, because the result is better than expected. I am 10,000% satisfied! All the flowers I bought here were in a vase for a very long time, probably not only because of the freshness, but also because of the sincerity that comes from the girls and their creations. I share a photo of the last bouquet I bought here for a friend. The birthday girl was delighted and so am I :)
The store has gone bad. They offer dead flowers for big money. I bought it in the morning. We didn’t make it to the evening. Pour chemistry into the water. I do not recommend it. Photo of flowers and a receipt is attached! The company only responds to good reviews.
