At the checkout they learned that the company had given up plastic bags, you can only buy a shopper bag for UAH 25 or they can wrap it in cling film. IN CELOPHANE ELASTIC FILM. That is, according to their logic, packages are not eco-friendly, but cellophane film is ok, or how? 2 pillows and 2 towels wrapped in film (quite a long process) and given. We don't need a shopper bag, especially since it has a yusk emblem, and we don't consider it expedient to advertise the store with this bag for our own money. We went to other shopping malls and were just outraged by how much this situation made it difficult for us to continue shopping, to carry an awkward hole at hand - uncomfortable, unaesthetic in a non-eco-friendly even🤬🤬🤬 It seems that the company's goal was to make life difficult for customers. It is impossible to refuse packages and not to offer ADEQUATE ALTERNATIVE.

Jysk is a store to which you go for half an hour with a sore leg in order to take advantage of the guarantee, but they will refuse and ruin you all day, because warranty obligations and reputation for the store do not mean anything, unlike the return amount for the goods of 300 UAH. Jysk is a store that sells low-quality goods, gives a guarantee on it, and in the event of a warranty case, will deny you a guarantee. I will not bother your store anymore, I will not go back to your store to return what you did not want to take under the warranty, while violating your warranty obligations. The service of this store in my eyes fell to the level of sellers at the transition, the quality of the goods is similar.
