This is the answer), the highly esteemed Inna herself heard it all, but did not even raise her head until I came up point blank and asked the same question about looking at the kitchens. She showed me without looking at the sample next to her, I was taken aback how so, but where is the interest in the client? After I said that I wanted to see how colors look in real life and one sample of them is not enough for me in life - she gave me printed color samples, like I had to understand from them how the color looks in real life. After she said that everything is on order, and you can look at all the details and prices on the website. And the final point was her phrase that their running meter starts from UAH 10,000, although now when I went to the site I saw that this is nonsense and the prices are much lower, that is, they were just trying to get rid of me. Probably I will say the obvious for those who went there, but from the "union" there, unfortunately, not only the name, but also the level of customer focus and staff. In life, I would not have ordered expensive furniture after reading all the reviews Changed: sorry then, it was on the 1st floor. And then what is the name of the place where I was, do not tell me?

I ordered a sofa from this company only because they promised a period of 30 days. I had to hurry. The competitor "Sofas for Nirvana" announced a period of 45-60 days. Accordingly, I ordered it at Petrovka. The sofa was not delivered within the promised time frame. They took 30% of the advance payment, but there is still no sofa. They promise, but the dates are constantly being postponed. Managers are reluctant to communicate. All questions to the logistics department. The logistics department is always in touch and answers phone calls. Which is a plus. But, deadlines must be respected, especially when there are many competing firms. I do not recommend it. Bought a sofa bed here. Delivered on time (2-3 days). After 2 weeks, the drawer began to creak. Replaced. A month later, the sofa itself began to creak. As a result, we asked to replace it with another model. even the previous sofa, which was 20 years old, did not creak so much. They didn't refuse either. But due to quarantine and problems with the supply of tissues, this process was delayed for another month. As a result, they completely abandoned the replacement and asked for a refund. Here, too, they did not refuse, although it was delayed for another 2 weeks. We communicated through Viber, occasionally we had to stop by the store to remind us of ourselves. It was felt that we were already tired of each other. As a client, I just want to sleep peacefully, and the seller, apparently, just wants to sell and forget. Overall, the store is approx. I can't say that everything was really extremely bad and it is not worth buying here. We're out of luck. But the store is loyal enough. As we understand, all replacements / returns were coordinated by the store director, for which thanks. It took about 3.5 months from the date of purchase to full refund. During the return, they apologized that this happened. We found an alternative in another store. There are no such problems. The sofa was Lotus-Bravo, brand: Divan Plus. Made of poor quality, as if everything was done by a schoolboy in a labor lesson. Dusty arrived, vacuumed - you could empty the container. They took it in the fall, so maybe some student did it on a part-time job in the summer.

Everything is super! I ordered a wardrobe through the website. The advance is minimal. The deadline was promised 10 working days, in fact 7 calendar days. Final calculation after assembly. Special thanks to the collectors: they worked quickly, were not distracted by anything (no conversations between themselves, no phone calls), assembled and installed in 30 minutes, everything is beautiful. When leaving, they collected and took out all the packaging material. After they left, not a drop of debris remained. The service was pleasantly impressed!
