It is not an easy task to get through to the reception desk; it’s immediately reset, even the beeps do not go. Everything is clear, the workload has increased due to the crown, but either do your job or change jobs. There is nothing more to do, as soon as you personally come to the reception to make an appointment with a doctor, as through Helsi you can get an appointment at least in a week, and then if you're lucky. Everything for people, especially now you can see everything at a glance.

I want to leave my feedback about Sorokina Lyubov Igorevna, the doctor does not care about you, rude, arrogant, arrogant person. She doesn't care why you came and what is bad for you, even in the absence of patients it is still difficult to get to her, runs around the offices, creating the appearance of work. Even if in the end you somehow get to her, do not rely on competent advice and the provision of any help, I had a bitter experience of communicating with her, I know what I am talking about, so bypass her, do not waste time. From her help 0, only an unpleasant conversation about anything at the reception.

There is no replacement doctor. It is impossible to open the hospital. Nobody will advise, will not prompt. The reception will not help you.

The reception is quite pleasant and courteous employees. They told everything in great detail and helped with the declaration and recording without any problems. However, the next doctor did not like the therapist. And it is not even unwelcoming, but in the appointment of antiviral agents, the inefficiency of which with SARS has long been proven.
