About the lake, not about the clinic. In general, the place is quiet and beautiful. There are several platforms for fishermen or to wet their feet. There are several gazebos for gatherings with butter. The water is quite clean, but the lake is overgrown with algae and there are no places for swimming here. You can walk through the passage in front of the Forest Club restaurant. All other paths visible on Google Maps are blocked by fences :( Due to the fact that the entrance is guarded by the police and near the hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the desire to fry kebabs somehow does not arise. You feel like you're in someone else's yard. So for "actively hang out" I would look for another place. There is a parking lot, but on the checkpoint there is an inscription "entrance by pass". I myself did not think to ask the guards about it. At the end of the lake there is a metal bridge that will take you to a small island with a trail deep into the woods. Obviously, to the next lake (he did not go).
