It is unrealistic to call, the investigator I came across speaks Russian, I have never seen her in uniform. As for the case - after six months of trying to move the case, fruitless trips and calls, I learned that the case is closed, even without questioning the criminals, with a known address. For another four months he sought to obtain a decision to close the case, through the court, where they never came (4 hearings). I do not understand why we need this police, also at our expense (for taxpayers' money). The same criminals as those they cover.
