If this does not change, it is necessary to turn to consumer protection. I will not tolerate rudeness in my favor. The design changed to Ukrposhta, but the middle remained.

Ukrposhta you have slipped nowhere further! I stand in line for more than half an hour on the street and I can't pick up the parcel !!! At the new post office already 2 times more queue was served! Why are your operators so slow ?? Why are there 3 cash desks, but 2 people work? The third just sits watching this orgy ?? What about the rebranding? Outside a wrapper, but inside the same Soviet Union ??? You are wasting your customers' time!

It is written that they work until 20, but in reality all the cash desks close at 19, only 1 cash desk remains open. Service speed leaves much to be desired, as in all other branches of the national postal operator ...

Ukr mail in a very deep well ... ne ... they always have something that does not work ... I cannot pick up the parcel for a couple of days due to my fault ... and they write to me that there is already paid storage ... you guys are in fundamentally wrong !!!
