the fact is friends, buyers and managers, that for two days I was looking for a choice of a calm saw to buy, albeit more expensive but not very expensive, Chinese barn saws and the quality of these saws 0000000000000000000 in %%%%%% the attitude against such a company as calm and I will not I was not allowed to be distracted where I was not given access in stores to purchase with delivery to Dikanka by new mail, but I got to this store by chance, the site opened to me and the manager offered me the purchase of calm 180 at a promotional price and with a partial payment in a private market since I am a client of a private bank and immediately I issued it to me on the same day and sent it on Friday 04/12/2020 and came to Dikanka on 05/12/2020, so you and the clarity of the work of people in their place will go and take the saw tomorrow and I will run it in as described in the booklet with the saw attached so thank you for the service and the quality of the instrument tomorrow I will see and write good luck to everyone

I bought a Stihl MS 180 chainsaw in this store. Immediately after switching on, I noticed that when sawing logs, the chain often stops, and, as if not pulling, until the contact with the wood being cut is weakened, then the chain continues to move. Thus, you can saw, but only with very little pressure. As soon as you cut deeper into the log, the chain starts to stop constantly. The motor continues to run. It feels like everything looks as if the clutch slips even with a weak load on the chain. I turned to the seller, Pavel. However, he began to tell me that the chain was dull and tried to spin me up to buy another chain. First, it is quite clear that the sharpness of the chain has nothing to do with the stopping of the chain under load. Secondly, Pavel, instead of grasping the essence of the problem and helping to solve it, began to argue, divert the conversation to other topics, and say that the saw was in good working order, and that it was not necessary to hand it over for repairs. I strongly recommend not to have any business with this store. Obviously, this store only takes money well, but does not want to bear responsibility for the equipment sold, and makes every possible effort to avoid servicing the sold equipment and repairing it.
