Good evening, I strongly advise you not to buy in this store, since the sales assistants do not fulfill their duties, in this case there was a price tag on the product, I liked this model, but as soon as I was about to buy I was unexpectedly told that I am quoting "Sorry , we forgot to change the price tag, this model costs 500 UAH more. " After the question "Why so?" - the answer was "We are not to blame here.", Sneakers have already stopped wanting to buy. In general, I do not advise to cooperate with this store. Spoiled the mood :(

There was one of my favorite shops, I bought sneakers, sweatshirts, sweatshirts, I was very pleased with the steady discounts. The last time I bought sneakers, (when buying any product in this store, the consultant talks about a 3-month warranty) After 2 months of socks (dressed 10-15 times), the back seam on the right sneaker was removed. I posted a sneaker on the marriage site to be replaced, or changed to another model. There was no answer, I wrote this for a week, there was no answer either. I decided to write on Instagram in PM, the message was not even read. The last thing I could do was write already in the comments under the post, which was the same ignored and generally deleted the comment! And this CHAIN of stores across the country is so “professionally” serving its customers. The store itself speaks of a guarantee and the promise not kept by its own. The result, before ordering, remember that they will not change anything and the money will not be returned!
