Clearly they don't understand customer service in this store. I sent my fiancee in with my black card to get herself some new clothes for a holiday, she picked out a lot of clothes to choose from, was offered 0 help from start to finish, had to put back clothes because she could only try a few at a time and at one point had half of the clothes she wanted to try on back so she couldn't even find them all. Luckily we won't be shopping here again and I will be going with her next time to a shop that understands how to treat customers. It is insane to me that a company that is as big and well known as Zara can't hire staff that know how to treat customers, this should be the BASIC, let alone that you clearly don't like money...a black card has an UNLIMITED spending capacity and that isn't showing off, we are not shopping at Gucci or LV, we were shopping at Zara because in general the quality and what you get is fantastic but this was just disgusting behaviour from a well known brand. Incredibly disappointing.
