Quality standard - for years!) This is a huge +, precisely for such stability in everything. The cuisine and service are excellent. Always tasty and most importantly fast. Separately, I note that confectionery is definitely not tastier in ZhV - 5+

The waiters are in no hurry to approach you. A simple piece of cake is worth waiting for about 10 minutes and this despite the fact that it has already been cut in portions into plastic forms. I waited 45 minutes for my latte, then asked for the bill without waiting for the latte. The bill was brought to me quickly. It was hammered in 2 lattes worth 26 hryvnia for one. Accordingly, I do not understand why I need to pay 52 hryvnia and refuse to pay for it. Immediately, the waiter says that my latte is already being done and they can pour it into a plastic glass for me, but I have to pay for it. At the same time, my latte was not yet ready. As a result, people began to come up and complain about the very long service and canceled their orders. I didn’t pay for the latte, but I heard a lot of nasty things in my address, and I was also told several times that they simply didn’t have time to make a latte in 45 minutes. At that time, there were 20 people in the institution, three waiters and one lady at the checkout. It's just awful, such staff should sit at home, and not tell everyone that they are not doing anything.
