05/30/2020 tested the child with valproic acid (therapeutic drug monitoring). Confusion over pricing arose. Preliminarily called the hotline to clarify the cost of this analysis. The operator announced the cost of the analysis 200 UAH + 60UAH (blood sampling twice). In Invitro, Krivoy Rog, on the street of Mussorgsky, the medical staff indicated the cost of the same analysis 430 UAH. After the declared cost of the analysis, I called the hotline again: another operator called the cost of the analysis 460 UAH. The Invitro company website clearly describes the method of analysis, which indicates that blood sampling is taken twice and the price for analysis of volproic acid is 200 UAH + 30 UAH blood sampling. The price also shows the price of 200 UAH + 30 (blood sampling). The third time I dialed the operator, and spoke the current situation. They promised to call back and clarify the cost of the analysis. But no one called back. Medical staff contacted their curators and she said to pay 430 UAH. Request! Adjust the prices in the price so as not to mislead your customers !!!!!
