And so on in order. I deliberately went in, looked at your menu on the site and did not notice there any special products that would not be sold in the stores of our city. (no need to fill your own price) If you have to enter prosciutto or snails, I will give you the address where these products can be purchased from us. About the burger. I pointed out the shortcomings in the form of fried, black particles and lived in a cutlet that it was not very comfortable to spit out during the meal, especially in the company. Your reaction to my review is the bottom! You allowed yourself to assume that the person who made this remark to you forgot the taste of real beef. Ie, according to your taste, "real" beef is expressed in particles that cannot be really chewed and in poor quality roasting? If you do not understand the phrase "cheap meat" I will explain. This is the part of the cow that is probably used for stewing or in other dishes, but not for a burger. For the preparation of cutlets, the cut is mainly used - this is the soft back of the beef in which there will be no live from which you will need to get rid of! Next is a question with a roll. A bun from ATB is not the level of an institution! ATB rolls can be purchased for making a burger at home, and then, I would have thought before preparing a dish from a roll that can be stored for half a year or a year (I don't remember exactly what time frame there is). You could cook these buns yourself, and not refer to the fact that this type of buns is being prepared for McDonald's))) And finally, instead of accepting mistakes and getting better, you are not responding very nicely to clients and you are losing your reputation!

I always give a few chances to establishments, but Little Italy was constantly disappointing. Pizza on par with Marketopt, other dishes as well, service "Alexandria") The last straw was the burger. The cost of a burger is 105 UAH, what do we have? - a fried cutlet with black burnt particles, or from an uncleaned grill, or from the fried meat itself, while the meat is the cheapest with veins. The second moment is a bun! Burger buns from the ATB store that just melt on contact with the sauce. In the establishments of Kiev, Dnipro, burgers are the same, but you get a completely different level of the dish, at least with your own bun!
