Not a bad hotel. Clean, nice staff. Not far from the center, 2 blocks. Within walking distance of cafes, pubs and shops. On the downside, there is no parking and no breakfast.

It so happened that I had to stay another day in the city. Having called several hotels, the price here was the lowest. Also looked at the reviews. I chose this hotel. And I didn’t regret it. Nice staff, cozy and warm atmosphere.

Liked: The room itself is excellent - nice, comfortable. There is a desk, comfortable chairs for working behind it. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is orthopedic. The bed is clean. Towels are sufficient. The room is cleaned. There is an air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle. Everything you need for business trips. There is a supermarket and pizzeria nearby. Did not like: No breakfast due to quarantine. The corridors are narrow and unaccustomed. A second waste basket would be great in the bedroom. The bedspread should be washed sometimes. There were small traces of previous guests in the shower stall. The refrigerator should be kept on, at least for those rooms that are booked in advance. There was stagnant water in the kettle. The rooms are poorly soundproofed - you can hear all the conversations of the neighbors very well. Outside, the hotel is simply signed "Hotel", without the word "Crown". Taxi drivers and taxi dispatchers have no idea where such a hotel is, so the address should be given, not the name.

Nice clean room. We had a late check-in (about one in the morning), we were greeted without any problems, settled in, everything was explained and shown. The first minus is breakfast. In the conditions of quarantine, breakfasts are not made, BUT, the room rate remains the same as with breakfast. The management should reconsider this issue, since they take money for services which, in fact, are not available at the moment. The second point is the tourist tax, which is not mentioned anywhere.

The hotel is located near the center, near many catering establishments and a cinema. There is free parking. The room came across a huge, two-level, with two bathrooms. The first level has a sofa, the second has a double bed. The room is clean, but it is clear that the repair was done for a long time. There is a breakfast service in the room for a fee. Breakfast is very good, there are several options to choose from. The staff is polite and attentive. In general, I liked everything.
