Three times sent an older woman (my friend's mother) without providing assistance in connecting her to the promotional rate (Internet for parents). at the box office did not even know that there is a tariff plan for retirees, which includes home Internet service.Only when I strongly objected to him, he tried to pretend that I asked for television. (But not the one attacked) Opened on the site and showed that there is such a plan for retirees, which includes home internet service. Because they did not tell all the information, the old and sick woman had to go to them three times, and never received help. At first, her daughter went, who was told that she had to come because her mother would not be transferred to a contract. Her mother (80 years old) came - they said that there was no card (they didn't explain which one was normal).
