On the site, the status of the order has changed to "Excellent pharmacy", ordered online, because these drugs are only under the order. I wanted to ask why, but I couldn't call the pharmacy, although the official hotline gave me the same phone number, and I tried to call from time to time throughout the day.

It is strictly forbidden to buy medicine in this pharmacy !!!! Scammers sold a throat spray instead of a nasal spray with the same name of the drug, for 168 UAH. They refused to exchange, they also refused to return the money, the pharmacist, a senior pharmacist with black hair, Hamlo rarely knows how to talk to people, she sells seeds at the bazaar, and not works in a pharmacy.

Terrible service! Booked 2 drugs online. One of them was refused a pharmacy - it is not possible to buy it. A man went to the pharmacy to book and sold him both drugs (but at the same time we bought the one that was refused). The pharmacy refuses to take back the drug, which she refused us. There is a check, there are screens of refusal both in SMS and from the site. The hotline makes us extreme in this mistake of their system. 1 hour has passed since the purchase! But they refuse to return the money to us!
