I was with my husband on 09/29/20, at six o'clock in the evening, there were not many people. We sat down at a table in the corner of the open area. A bunch of menus were scattered on the table (sorry, you can't name it any other way) and rugs for dishes (I forgot the name). The menu is all dirty with dust, food prints, unpleasant. I wiped it off. The waiter came, they said that they had not yet had time to choose to come up in 5 minutes, he began to Explain that they had to immediately, otherwise we would wait for a very long time, 40 minutes or more. We ordered a quick order, in general we were in no hurry😉. The beer was brought in 20-25 minutes later, I'm sorry. The beer is tasty, cool, BUT DRESSING GLASSES AS NECESSARY, I SAW THAT MY GLASSES CRACKED IN THE UPPER PART WITH A TRIANGLE, I asked to be changed, asked for an apology, the beer was warmer. The sushi order was brought, the salad was forgotten, they asked for another waiter (a nice and helpful guy, he changed his glass, thanks to him). I will say this - before sushi - bar Alexander-San, was my favorite, recommended to everyone. Now I'm sorry - NO. CLEANLINESS IS DISGUSTING EVERYWHERE. WILL BE A VIDEO. A PHOTO. From the very opening we take the rolls here (in Shumensky). Always fresh and tasty. Service has improved. I am glad that you can order through Viber. While you are driving home from work, your order is being carried out. I am very glad that there is a good sushi bar next to the house👍 Guys, work like this😉

The "Tourist Set" was purchased today, and oddly enough the roll that came "as a gift" turned out to be with rather fresh fish, and the roll with perch was not at all edible. The mysterious roll in red tobik had a disgusting crab stick, which, even by the store's standards, did not go through the defrosting process as often as you did for the roll. Dear management, pay attention to how your products are prepared. I hope no one else will come across such an incomprehensible food as me for dinner !!!!
