Polite, discreet and prompt mail workers. Parcels always arrive safe and sound. Large parking.

Service is adequate. I almost never get on the line. The only drawback is that I sent the parcel to Kramatorsk, after a couple of days through the application it shows that it has already arrived, but the recipient goes to his office every day and there is no parcel for a week. When sending, somehow they entered a completely different recipient number. Where the package went is still unknown ...

I do not know for what reason and whose fault my recipient received a jacket instead of a spare part, we contacted the department with this fact, a day later we received a call with the news that the spare part was found and our recipient would finally receive YOUR order.

Fine team, attentive and friendly operators. Delivery is timely. The department adheres to all quarantine norms.

One of those few NPs where I was never rude and were friendly. And they also have a big cute British cat 🐈.
