We ordered rolls with delivery. They brought the wrong rolls that we ordered. (cheaper) We were just thrown. We ordered shrimp soup - the crispy shrimp in tempura was not put separately in a box, but sent to the soup !!! Avocado in rolls, not ripe, hard !!! I'm not happy with the work of the restaurant.

The outlet administrator received a bad review, deleted it and added me to the blacklist, or what? Support Sushiya did not give me an answer) More details: I made another order, waited at -18, was cold, took it, did not like the quality, wrote a review by mail. I make the next order - my number is on the black list "did not take the order last time", but lo and behold, I just left a complaint and I have a photo of the receipt. Let's figure it out, it turns out they added me to the black list by mistake))) And the fact that the administrator of the pickup point called me immediately after my complaint from my personal number (I punched through the telegrams and Sushiya's support), this has nothing to do with it, it's an accident))) Sushiya frostbitten to resolve the issue with an unscrupulous manager .. I am writing a complaint about the protection of consumer rights, plus there was no response to my complaint-letter. For now, I think this is a local problem. I adore sushiya and have been happily eating rolls there for 10 years. In other words, it turns out that the administrator received a bad review, deleted it and added me to the blacklist, or what? Sets were often ordered, the food was fresh and the rolls were delicious. But in the last order there were a lot of bones in the fish, which spoiled the impression. I hope to correct this defect.
