Good location .. but not tasty at all .. ( i tried salad and pizza.. and tea ) .. high prices.. while have near more better places to enjoy.. 3 stars for service.. 3 stars for prices and 3 stars for the food.

Nice authentic local restaurant. Delicious ice cream. This is the signature dessert "Belochka". It has existed for over 50 years and has remained unchanged. I recommend coming here to try this particular ice cream. But, it can be noisy here. Wealthy locals bring children here who behave in violation of all the rules of conduct in the restaurant and in society. The administration cannot influence and stop this inappropriate behavior. Overall the restaurant is rated 5 stars.

This restaurant has been operating since 1960. It has become a cult place and a visiting card of the city. It is loved by the indigenous people of Kharkiv. Here they managed to preserve the authentic "Belochka" ice cream. It is with real cream and nuts. This recipe has remained unchanged for more than 60 years. Would recommend this place. Big minus: no Ukrainian and English menus!
