Awful service !!!! Everyone who orders something in their online store, be prepared that your order will not be delivered as indicated by you in your order, not only will they be sent to the recipient, ruin the person’s holiday and refuse to return money for the work that has not been done !!!! Worst service that could ever be !!! No liability !!!

Disappointed. Ordered on March 8, 2 bouquets of tulips and postcards to congratulate their girls. As a result, they brought bouquets of crooked, second-rate flowers. Postcards were not signed. Why is there a field for postcard text on the site? The funny thing is that because of this approach, FF.ua not only kills its business, it also ruins the attitude to flower delivery in general. Now I’ll think 50 times, but is it worth it. Nothing better than that. The first and last time I ordered flowers here.

Excellent delivery service, I recommend. I ordered a girl a birthday bouquet of flowers in the city. Delivery took place.
