ViaFlor did an amazing job with providing happiness for my girlfriend. I ordered online, but wasn’t invoiced until they could verify they had the exact amount and quality of flowers on hand for delivery via their on-site chat system. After 30 minutes I was contacted via WhatsApp that they had everything needed to complete my order. They even told me they could deliver that afternoon if I would like. Once we settled on the perfect time and date for delivery, ViaFlor sent me a payment link through WhatsApp. I was impressed by the different types of secure payment systems they use. Apple Pay is my preferred method so I stuck with that. Delivery was a little delayed because of traffic in Kharkiv that day which was verified by the great communication with ViaFlor. When delivered the once again informed me through WhatsApp that my girlfriend was so surprised and very grateful. About five minutes later my girlfriend called as happy as could be! Mission accomplished! ViaFlor has a great selection of flowers for any occasion. They are professional, speak multiple languages, communicate extremely well, and make happiness and joy their top priority! I fully recommend ViaFlor! My girlfriend couldn’t be happier or more surprised. You can’t put a price on happiness, but ViaFlor’s flowers were very well priced! I will be using them from now on while my girlfriend and I are apart. Thank you!

I decided to try a local florist instead of using the companies that pay for their advertising and the. Have the local florist do all the work while they get all the money. So I found this florist thru google. And they were very fast in responding thru WhatsApp 24 hours a day and very helpful in helping me pay. The florist went well beyond expected with the flowers I ordered and within 2 day notice take a really strange request from me and actually they did. Perfect job of getting the flowers plus panda bear to a very beautiful woman in a time frame that was excellent. I will be using them again . They shown me flexibility, Great products and the ability to accommodate someone who can be trying. They will have my business from now on. I made an order yesterday at 20.00 for a bouquet of irises, the store immediately warned that the order would not be earlier than 1.5-2 hours, but since I forgot about the holiday because of my work, I had no way out. I asked for the courier's number, so that I would meet with him somewhere and hand over a bouquet to his wife personally. The bouquet is excellent, my wife loves irises, so everything is super. Thanks for not giving up, everything is super. I promised the guys a review for the speed, I keep my word. I recommend!
