Disgusting attitude of the pharmacist of this pharmacy! I went to inquire about the possibility of ordering an anti-asthma drug. The pharmacist with the face "you owe me money" answered: "I will give the head of the pharmacy information." I wrote down the name of the drug and that's it. How can I write down my data? Number, name? I'm terrified! I called the city line (complaints line) ... one name. They didn’t bother to explain whether the pharmacist’s actions were correct ... why didn’t write down my contacts? To which they answered me with stereotyped phrases ... And the fact that I can personally meet with the manager and find out from her, during working hours until 5 pm. Sorry that I work earlier than 19h. I just can't get to the pharmacy! I recorded the whole conversation, having warned about it in advance. I will write an official complaint to the Ministry of Health. This attitude is outrageous!
