In October 2019, my wife and I gathered to do redecorating. We needed to paint the walls and ceiling (remove old paint / wallpaper, putty, well and actually paint) in two rooms and a kitchen, they turned to this company. The foreman Nikolay arrived, looked, but refused to calculate the estimate - we will calculate in the course of the repair. The result was a lot of unforeseen and unexpected expenses. About the existence of running meters, which in our case turned out to be a lot, I found out only when they billed for the first part of the work. Ok, I didn’t know, it’s my fault. There were such items as Cleaning before painting - 1250 UAH - not bad. And multiple removal and installation of radiators - 1080 UAH - as if it was impossible to remove before starting all work and install at the end. Nicholas also offered to buy materials himself, arguing that he was in a car and had discounts everywhere, which made me happy as a pedestrian. He asked for a prepayment, then another, and another. And when they asked for checks, he gave a bunch of pieces of paper written by hand, without prices - only a list of something illegible and the amount of the total. I myself can draw such. And here is the most unpleasant moment in history To putty the walls, Nikolai bought three 16-kilogram cans of Dufa Acryl-Spachtel Dufa, its price in stores is 320-350 UAH. Nikolai gave the check in which he allegedly bought it for 800 !!! Hryvnia for the can. When I tried to find out from him how it happened, I heard a bunch of excuses from the series - such prices are from the supplier, I do not know the prices, what should I return? Moreover, he sold these three cans to us twice, having stuck them in one more check, but in the second check another mark of putty was indicated for the same 800 UAH. I drove to the fact that the supplier was mistaken and entered a more expensive mark on the check. As a result, I set the price of putty worth 350 UAH to 450 UAH. Checks were paid by me. In fact, I saw only 3 banks. But since I went in to see how the repair is going on not every day, I did not argue, you never know, maybe 3 were already used and thrown out. And later I learned from the guys who actually repair and did that there were only 3 cans. A good scheme is to sell a 350 hryvnia can for 1600. Without a sucker, life is bad. Well, the cherry on the cake, in the final invoice, which was set exactly by the new year, all prices were higher than the original ones, called the company and found out that these were the new prices of 2020 (I will remind you that they agreed on a repair in October 2019). When I drew Nikolai’s attention to this, he sent a long message in vibe on the topic that the company appreciates its customers, and we don’t try to cash in on them, and so the price list remains old and there is still a lot of blah blah blah. Specifically, Nikolai is, in my opinion, a typical huckster who will breed and cheat. Well, in general, I highly recommend it.
