Signed up for a haircut. I got to the master Alina. She asked me to cut my hair with an even cut to one length along the front strands. A very simple bob haircut that seemed impossible to spoil. The master cut my front strands and trimmed the ends. Already when drying, I noticed that my bangs (front strands) and the rest of the head are separate. And I came just to get me a straight cut! I had to cut another part of the hair to make it "even". The length that I grew for five months was killed by the master. But this is not the end. At home, I styled my hair and saw that the back is longer than the front. Instead of a simple square, I also got horror and short hair that needs to be grown for a long time in order to somehow rectify the situation. Please listen with your ears what the client wants from you before you cut off half of his hair!

I used to go here regularly, everything was ok. But I signed up for eyelash extensions to the "top master" - Elena. Elena was rude, called me inadequate and kicked me out, but all because my eye twitched when she wiped it with a cotton swab. Plus, after this build-up, the vessels at the bottom of the eye became visible, which happens only when the master does not close the eye well. I left without paying. The administrator, having learned about the conflict, took the side of Elena. She called me and asked how it happened that I did not pay. By law, I have the right not to pay for a service that I didn't like! I say "if Elena apologizes, I will pay at least half the cost." To which the administrator mumbles indistinctly into the phone. Elena is her friend, which means the king and god, and let the client endure any insult - so what? I was a regular customer there, I went there for years for a range of services. But apparently the rightness of a non-master is more valuable than the loyalty of a regular customer. The receptionist said that "she doesn't know how I will be served in this salon now." I know. No way.

Awful place. Administrator boorish. He does not know how to talk with people. He talks as if everyone owes her. Zero ventilation in the halls. Little space
