The price category is the same as in regular clubs, and the service of course leaves much to be desired. The administrator is nice. Coaches are not bad, there are not enough qualified. Conveniently, fitness classes are held simultaneously in two groups. Of the minuses: old dirty equipment, mats stink and no one washes them, fitballs are sticky, the floor is not too clean. The windows during trainings are constantly closed, the air conditioning does not turn on, and about 15 people can work in the hall. There is nothing to breathe. It is not clear how cardio loadings can be carried out in absolute stuffiness. A big plus of all this fitness is convenient for those who live nearby. Location plays a role. There are no other deciding factors to come here for.
