Terrible place! Indifferent, not friendly, rude employees, do not perform their duties, they want to do what. Electronic queue does not matter to them! In general, "Mess" !!! I spent a lot of time and my nerves! I am very sorry that I came here! :(

The worst service in the world. The electronic queue does not help, in fact, even on the record had to wait in line. When you do not come, if not a day off, then a lunch break, which is not written anywhere on the Internet. Everyone doesn't care about you, the attitude is boorish. Horror, there is no desire to apply here for services at all.

I liked everything, it has become much more convenient since the terminal was installed .... you enter your data, choose the date and time, the passport you want and - you get a coupon .... you come on the specified date, time and everything without problems)))

With the advent of the electronic queue, things have become not so bad
