Dear management of the Kalush branch! I love the Watsons chain of stores! I often buy in Kiev, Kharkov, Frankovsk, Dnipro and small towns of Ukraine. But! The Kalush branch amazes customers with obscene and immoral service, the sellers are vulgar girls with dirty tongues. It is necessary to look for such a "show" in Ukraine. As an entrepreneur, I understand that trainings will not help them, since they are simply at a lower cultural level and with a minimal beginning of intelligence. Shame and disgrace!

Young sellers do not know where the product is and what its price is, because often the prices at the checkout and in the window are different. There are no cosmetics at all - some garbage. The redhead manager, she and the seller behave unprofessionally: openly rude to customers and pretends that they interfere with her. Have you seen this somewhere else, but I haven't! In a store like watsons should take a manager well, at least with a minimum knowledge of sales culture and the culture of behavior at work and customers. To keep such workers in such a crisis, even for a meager salary, is a loss and a loss of reputation. So why should shoppers buy from the poor who pass on their failures and unhappy lives to shoppers? You need to leave your problems at home, if you can't - then don't work with people!

I love Watsons stores, but not in Kalush! Workers are primitive market-goers. Where is the rich assortment, as in other cities?
