For many years I have been buying plants in this store, I am always satisfied. Quality planting material, reasonable prices. I especially like to shop during seasonal sales, it turns out much cheaper. Personally, I miss a larger selection of related products in this store (flowerpots, pots, garden decor), but otherwise everything is fine)

I really hope that the management will pay attention to the work of the employees. I ordered the bulbs in advance somewhere at the end of May (order more than 1500 UAH) I was warned that the shipment would be from 24 September. I clarified in the order and with the manager that I need the order to arrive before October 3. It was a birthday present for my mom. I was convinced that the order would arrive 100% before this time, but they asked me to write and remind me a week before the dispatch. As if without any problems I wrote to them on September 15th. I was immediately told that the daffodil bulbs are delayed, but they will definitely be in a week. I'm waiting, on September 26 again I had to call myself and find out what happened with the order. I was convinced that they will be here and there will be shipment tomorrow. And again no one called me back after two days later. Again I call them, they tell me they will be there soon. I'm already angry, I said that I no longer need them, let them send what they have, and the money for the bulbs is transferred to the bonus account. To this, they all told me then there would be no free delivery (no matter how my problem is that you do not have a product). I solved this problem myself (which, as it were, is unacceptable for the work of managers), I said to replace them with those bulbs that they have in stock and already with collisions asked to send them before October 1. On October 2, already calling them with profanity, the manager said that it was strange that the order had already been in dispatch for a week and said that she would decide everything now and would immediately call me back. Fig someone called back .. after a couple of hours I dialed them again, what they say to me again today will definitely send. And to my questions "why don't you call your customers back, and why did you promise to ship on time, and why does the order hang on assembly for more than a week for a week?" I was told that there are a lot of orders and I am not the only one with them ... I honestly went nuts from such an answer ... The level of customer focus is at the highest level, the level of the gods !!! At the end of this, only two bulbs came rotten .. everything else is normal. (The money for the rotten ones was immediately sent to my bonus account) The order did not arrive on time I ask the company's management to invest all efforts and resources in personnel training. After all, you have a really good assortment and quality goods (although assemblers need to pay attention to quality, because the goods are perishable) Good luck to you

Good day. The store has a good assortment, the quality of the goods corresponds to the declared. But, managers do not fulfill their responsibilities. I made an order on November 25, 2020, and paid for it by card. Delivery was ordered by Ukr. by mail. The parcel has been in the department for 2 weeks already, they don’t give me my plants, because the deed indicates that it has not been paid for! When you call the store's hotline - the order has been paid, we will call you back .. I waited a week for the call, I called myself. They said if I want, I can pay for the order SECOND time at the post office, and then the money will be returned to my card. For such a large and well-advertised store - a strange attitude towards customers! I will not order any more. The feedback is negative!

I got acquainted with your online store last fall from my acquaintances and via the Internet. I must say that I was just fascinated by your range, because I love flowers. Ordered bulbs of different colors and planted them at different levels on the recommendation. Satisfied with the staff service, because I ordered more than once, and the girls called either the same or the next day. All issues were clearly and politely resolved at once, recommended, explained everything that interested me. Well done. As for the product. Planting material is just gorgeous, well packaged, everything is signed, of course. Amaryllis already delights me with its flowering, almost all have already released buds. I look forward to beauty. As for other bulbs then planted on the balcony in pots. I placed an order for spring and vegetable seeds. Everyone is happy. Keep it up. I recommend you to all my friends !!!

It all started with tulips)) it's delicious, beautiful and reasonable price. Next, I ordered fruit tree seedlings and they came packed perfectly. And towards the end, I ordered flower seeds and much more for the garden. Thank you for the promotions, sales and excellent quality of products and services. I wish you good luck and prosperity !!!
