RESTAURANT YASMAK

Wedding organizer screwed up the tables, forcing my entourage to sit with random people. GF got poisoning from cheap wine/champagne. Tamada was good though. No proper road leading to the restaurant.

Celebrated in this institution 10 years nephew. Assured us that we will be ourselves, as a result added another banquet (55th anniversary, where 90% of guests were 55 years old !!!) Instead of during the pandemic crown of the virus to separate these two banquets of different ages (and guests on one side and on the other were about 35-40 people) all drove to one room !!! where the music of Russian chanson was heard (and this is the 8th year of the war with Russia !!!) although the second floor was free !!! The owner of the "restaurant" was rude, shouting that they do not have a cafe and that he made a great sacrifice to us !!! allowing us to celebrate the 10th anniversary !!! (as if we came to his "restaurant" on the layer and not paid in full) The singer (if you can call it that) at the request to reduce the sound in the hall because the children in the hallway !!! at the bar did not hear the animators (they were driven there by the owner of the restaurant with animators !!) began to show his dissatisfaction !!! and make claims !!!!! Waiters without masks and gloves, there is no toilet holder in the toilet paper !!! cheap gray toilet paper just stands on the tank !!! There are no bottom valves in the washbasins !!! And most importantly, rudeness on the part of the management of this dining room (otherwise you can't call this place, because the only thing here that deserves more or less praise is delicious food, but for a real restaurant it's not enough !!! Gone are the days when any restaurant serving delicious food can to be called a restaurant, this title should be earned primarily by the high level of service and good atmosphere, quality music and cool interior, and "Yasmak" does not have all this !!!

One of the worst organized restaurants I've ever visited. This is a banquet restaurant, but you will not be asked about the order of dishes, when you will have a question why they will give you a simple and short answer: "we gave you how people" on this all the conversations with the staff ends, something to explain them absolutely unrealistic. And one of the most important thing when you will be interested in the cost of your feast is they will call you first one price, be it 800 UAH per place, and they call the day of the calculation 500 UAH. Yes, this is a downside, but where is the guarantee that next time prices will not increase. And the exact cost of the event will be called at the very end, neither in three days nor on the same day. I have my conclusions, I am no longer a foot in this institution, and you already decide to rest you there or not. To be honest, the food is delicious, but in my opinion the restaurant comes to rest, not to eat. Just eat at home and I can!
