Interesting place for those who love ruins. Especially great in spring.

An outgoing object, just walls from a once magnificent building, an indescribable feeling. If you decide - go up to the second floor. A magnificent vault without supports!

Built in 1615, at the expense of the Lisetsky family, as a monastery for Dominican monks. In the middle of the church there are still ancient frescoes, interior decorations, massive and beautiful columns. A memorial plaque from 1618 and a portrait of Anthony Khrzhanovsky, at the expense of which an extension to the church was made, have been preserved. To the right of the main entrance were the cells of the monks.

The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin in the Chervone tract was built in 1615 and is located near the ruins of Chervonohrad Castle. This brick church, even now, half-ruined, impresses with its monumentality and sophistication of its architectural forms. In its interiors to this day preserved ancient frescoes, ornaments, beautiful and massive columns. Here you can still see a memorial table of 1618 and a portrait of Anthony Khrzhanovsky, at the expense of which an extension to the church was built. Around the sacred building there were many more living quarters and cells in which monks lived in the past, because here was a Dominican monastery. To this day, the buildings have not survived. As of 2010, this Roman Catholic church was transferred to the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, and the construction of a male monastery began in the tract. Under the church building there are dungeons, researchers believe that they are ancient burials. The roof of the church has long been destroyed, but the vault still holds, although it already has dips and cracks. The pediments also still stand, showing niches for sculptures or paintings and an old cross. The floor of the church has collapsed in some places, so when going inside, you must be careful not to fall into the dungeon. You can still climb the old stairs to the choirs. The church is unusually elongated, which in general, together with the side naves, exceeds the length of the building. There is also a children's health camp nearby. The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary on the territory of the former Chervonohrad, near the castle and waterfall, is in ruins, needs careful restoration and is one of the architectural monuments of local significance.
