The location is not bad, but the main problem of this cooperative is the chairman !!! Below, in the review, a person wrote about a time machine and about being stuck in the 60s of the last century, so this is absolutely true !!! I repeat, the main ballast is the chairman !!! While he will occupy this chair (and he, as I understand it, got ready for the rest of his days), "Aurora" is doomed to perish.
