I bought a stunt scooter for my child in a store, after 4 days the wheel was deformed. Since the warranty did not pass after the purchase, I turned to the store with this problem, where they said that we did not operate the scooter correctly (at the same time, we identified it visually) and the replacement will be done at my expense. I began to say that the scooter was still under warranty and the store had to make repairs, return money or exchange goods, to which I received an answer - no, and that I was offered a good option anyway. I considered this store to be good in terms of assortment, and more than once in it I purchased the offered goods for the child, but after this incident and the attitude of the store employees, I was disappointed. Therefore, in the future I will think about whether to go to this store.
