Alas, disappointment, BUT the situation has already been resolved, we will come to the cafe😊 the atmosphere is really good for a cozy stay, I edit the review a little 👌, but the situation was as follows: a hair was caught in alcoholic cocktails, or rather it was frozen with ice 😠 surprised by the reaction of the waiter, grinned, scoffed, took the glass with this all and EVERYTHING, well, that's how it is, since I had never encountered such a thing, she already had a decent drink from the glass when we found it, we did not know how to react to this (we were confused and did not take a picture 🤷) that and I didn’t want to put the waiter in an awkward position, but as we were told later, people working in this field, that in fact they had to replace it for us, but alas. And finished off the unusable dishes in which there was a curd-raspberry dessert, the leg of this plastic glass was disassembled into the trash 🤷 Well, the flies that fly in the hall also interfere with rest 😬

A great place for a cozy stay ... Delicious desserts and signature cocktails ... A separate review about the staff, just the highest level. I recommend!

Nothing personal, but you are asking on social networks to give you a real grade. We bought a piece of cake with your son in the summer, it turned out by weight as if a brick was sold to us, very sugary sweet and filled with syrup to make the weight heavier, that is. I pulled a piece for 180 UAH. In the evening, my son was washed his stomach, the cake was pulled out in whole pieces, he was not digested. I really want you to think at least a little bit about our children and take the preparation of desserts in your cafe more seriously, also monitor the expiration date

I have been to your "sterile cafe" just recently, I am a cultured person, so I will not use obscenities! But! You have a full av @ h in the cafe, the floors are black, the tables are crumbled and sprinkled with drinks. They asked the girl at the bar to wipe the table, they didn't wait, the phone was more important to the person, and in general, help your staff learn the menu, to the question of what is included in the dessert, the answer was "ahhh, eeeem, I don't know exactly, berries and cream like ". About the toilet in general I am silent, there is a full @ bottom, all the rim in urine, used paper over the edge. Then we ordered burgers, fries, latte and pizuu. The burgers were brought out on a dish splashed with greasy fingers, potatoes with a burnt butter flavor, the pizza was normal. They did not take desserts, because the berries on them have already gone through a deep old age. THANK YOU for heartburn. I do not recommend visiting.
