There is no X-ray machine, they do it blindly, or look for where to take a picture and bring it with you. The teeth are not removed, if they screw up - look for where to pull it out. Channels do not overheat. In general, they will brush their teeth, grease the tiny holes, and if the problems are more complicated - not here.
