Those who dealt with wooden floors said that the amount of work was small (you do not have a cottage), others suggested only chipboard on top and lay the laminate (in this case, the old wood would continue to rot under the chipboard). Roman boldly set to work, answered all the questions and together we selected the best solutions. I have been doing repairs in the apartment for a year now and can advise Repair OK, as a team that is not afraid of difficult work. They come very pedantically at the agreed time, if traffic jams - they call, warn. The floors are already finished, there is only sanding and baseboards left. It is beyond words how the apartment has changed. And the smell of pine is much better than rotting wood from the 30s :) I read past reviews and I know why people write bad things (if someone is worried about it). During the year I saw a lot of people, there are certainly unique guys, but basically all the jambs under repair are tasks at random. Here's what will help you avoid misunderstandings when working with ANY performers: - Discuss the result in advance, with pictures, with dimensions, with examples, with materials. - Speak your FULL budget for both materials and work. I myself constantly forget for this and then I have to postpone work, save up, borrow ... Don't do that. - Discuss deadlines, talk about your plans, what and how you plan for the future. Now the team is also making a wall of glass blocks. It turns out very cool, although the pleasure is not cheap :) As everything will be ready - I will add photos to the review. We paid almost the full cost of the work under the contract, the contractor did not perform, plumbing wiring, floor laying, wall painting, insulation on the balcony under the drywall was not found. All the putty and plaster that they made crumbled, cracked, rusty spots appeared. They promised to fix everything and disappeared. In the end, everything they did needs to be ripped off and done again. Pure fraud.
