I went to top up Kiev Smart Card, but there was no need to take a tram. After replenishment, they thought that I was a student, they asked to show the account. I didn’t have a ticket, and they told me to issue it, and when it would be - so that I went to the bus stop. Again, I didn't need to get on the tram, but they let me in, said that I didn't need to get on the tram, but they didn't listen to me, I had to take a tram ride. I will no longer use the tram at this stop, I'd rather walk on foot.
