Sometimes at 16.15 you can hear "we are no longer working", or "your parcel is not there", even if there is a notice "well, no, I have not arrived" ... sad ((considering that the employee of the department is only Tue-Sat and then, from 8.00 to 16.30 and from 9.00 to 15 on Sat. Sun and Mon days off.From 1.07.2020 they threaten that even less, only 2-3 working days will be, if they don't close at all ... Upd. The staff has changed - now a positive experience! Thanks)
