Poor workflow organization. Delays in payment of pensions and subsidies. Mom comes 5 times this month for a subsidy, but there is no money in the cash register. The head of the department does not know how much to order and how many people should receive? What is the problem with payments. Yesterday I drove in and found out there was money, within 15 minutes I brought my mother, there was no money. Come tomorrow, come today no money. Already paid. What is it like?

Dear Ukrposhta, please do something to improve the service. Receiving your parcel takes at least half an hour. Poor old ladies can't find parcels, there is no convenient application, the service is terribly slow. Take an example from the new post office, how they learned to quickly issue parcels. The problem is not grandmothers, the problem is: 1) lack of convenient software for operators and clients 2) lack of a convenient warehouse 3) lack of a parcel storage system At the very least, having solved these problems, the speed of service should be improved. Because now it takes forever to receive multiple packages ...

And I also liked the department. Clean, comfortable, few people. But exactly until the last visit. Epoch-making events happen on the days of paying for communal services and issuing pensions! So, yesterday, I decided to pick up my parcel (a small package of 3 flash drives). Even without a queue came out to go to the issuing window. If there was a parcel at arm's length, I was told that they had not yet been posted. Wait for SMS. OK. I came today: if there were 3 employees (and of these 3, only two worked, and the third had a technical break !!! At 10-00 there was a break !!! Probably tired ...) of 4 I was told that you need to wait in the general queue and you can't get the parcel out of the queue! Although yesterday this same employee of Ukrposhta is ready to give me a parcel out of turn !!! I want to note that neither the huge queue of those wishing to pay for the communal apartment outside the department was against it !!! They even forced those who stood in line for the parcel to go out of line! This is how the human factor can easily change the attitude towards a department / company! I do not recommend all potential clients to visit UkrPochta on these "critical days" !!!
