Very low performance and terrible service. In 1 hour the personal serve 3 persons with parcels. No turn on air-conditioner, no fresh in office. I don’t recommend at all to have a deal with Ukrpochta.

Quiet horror. Operators cannot release a person for 10-15 minutes. Yes, they changed the design, rebranded. But you can serve for so long 😟

Maybe I was lucky, but I haven't been in line for more than 5-7 minutes. Operators work fast. You can pay by card. Convenient work schedule. There is a ramp.

Terrible place! 11 am, weekday. To pick up a parcel, you need to stand in line for an hour. It used to be that the parcels were given out separately, it was normal. One operator works !! This is normal?!! And there are a lot of new buildings around, an unreal number of people. Ukrposhta, when will you finally close at all ??

I will repeat what was written by the majority before - the workers are in no hurry to work, as if their goal is to sabotage the work of the department. The service is carried out imposingly, the intonation of the workers is irritated and dominant. Watchman's syndrome in all its glory. Someone may appeal, they say, they have low salaries, but salaries will never increase from such actions, because the client base will continue to stagnate. The scoop is not so much in the interior as in the heads of the employees. The only way out for management is to hire employees from scratch.
