The worst mail in Ukraine. I sent the bike and here with what damages it came to me (I will specify that I ordered express delivery). Shock-absorbing fork for replacement and torn paint to aluminum. And I am struck by the incompetence of the employees of this organization. At the post office where the bicycle was sent, the postmen said an estimated cost of up to 10 *** thousand hryvnias. And she decided to write 200, as if I paid less for delivery, and as a result the repair cost me more than 2 *** thousand UAH. I warn you not to use the services of Ukrposhta, it is better to pay a little more than other mail, but be sure that your parcel will arrive intact.

And for what, interestingly, the purpose of deleting my negative reviews?)) Did I write a lie? I recently stood on the street for an HOUR and ultimately just went Home with a psycho, this does not fit into any framework. Why can't I send the parcel ?? Close means if you cannot work normally. + Sachets. At no post packing in a package of Ukrainian mail is considered mandatory except for yours, what kind of nonsense? The whole world protects the environment, and ward 189 shoves plastic bags for everyone, bravo)

Employees of the department for 15 -20 minutes draw up a departure in Ukraine, 10 minutes to pick up .. it is simply unacceptable that much time to search for letters on the keyboard. With a courier it is much simpler, just not the fact that you will be provided with specific information on sending your package on the hot line.

Horrible service. Of the three operators, one works, and it’s soooo slow that it just moves like a turtle, and this despite the fact that it has a turn almost onto the street. They are constantly losing parcels, and they can search for them in their closet for 25 minutes (this is real, I noticed). But it doesn’t bother anyone, you’ll think you will wait about 40 minutes to pick up the parcel. At what, what time of day you will not come - it’s always the turn, regardless of 10am, 2pm .... about 18pm I generally keep quiet when people return from work. In general, management urgently needs to change something in the processes and approach to service.
