The department works great, the staff are always friendly! I always pick up parcels from China here (I order a lot), they personally call and deliver! The girls are very nice here, one of the best branches of Ukrposhta. There are almost no queues, they always smile and serve at the best level)))

Terrible long queues. Constantly! Only one window works. To pick up the parcel will have to stand for at least an hour or two, or even more (almost always more). And the extradition procedure itself was very long. In order to find a parcel in that mess, you need to know what color the package is, what its weight and size are. And if there are a lot of parcels ... There is no postman. You will not order address delivery. She fell ill and no one can pick her up with my passport instead of me. I don't understand why you can't send a verification code to your phone, as they do at Nova Poshta. Employees are not educated. Scoop! 😤 A parcel from the other side of the world arrives in less time than you pick it up from this branch. This is my first negative response in my life. It's so hot Zero stars is my rating!
