Out of 4 parcels from Aliexpress, only one was received. They don't get them at all, apparently. The hotline says that there are no delays with sorting and customs, and they recommend not using the services of our department. You can write a complaint about the work of the department by e-mail. P.S. there was an experience of receiving parcels to another branch in Kiev: for many years, not a single lost or missing parcel. All my problems are only on 03126. Continued in a few months. All parcels from China that I order at another branch arrive. Recently, a courier service sent my international registered parcels to 03126. They did not give them to me there, because "there are no documents" and they allegedly could not accept them. They just lay there, and they drove around the base for more than a day. 03126 employees do not know that the parcels have barcodes and cannot receive them, despite all attempts to convince them of this. They gave it only after calling the hotline, having scanned all the same barcodes. All boxes are smashed with a finger. Apparently, they studied the contents. Advice: don't mess with them at all. You also need to complain, otherwise, all the personnel who work there now will never change. Abomination.

Rough service, constant queues in the cold, out of 6 employees works 1 very long, do not know where the parcels / brands. Constant smoking breaks in the middle of customer service. Selected rabble scored 👎👎👎 I bypass Ukrposhta, but cholera from China sometimes goes through them, it's always negative

I have been using the services of this department for many years. The situations were different, but what kind of staff is working now is a nightmare. Very rude operators, they are rude, do not greet, openly show their displeasure to visitors with their appearance. Finding a package is just a quest! For several years a very friendly operator worked in the international parcels department, always calmly and painstakingly looking for parcels. And now they are just bazaar boors. Very sorry.

They can never find orders from aliexpress !!! Out of 6 orders, they gave me only 1! This is simply incomprehensible to the mind! Shrug their shoulders and that's it ... there's nothing to prove! Dear citizens, never order for this department, you know, you just won't get it! They picked up some youngsters, they sit at all without understanding what they want from them! Are they stealing these parcels?
