This department and the whole company breaks through the bottom over and over again. Previously, a parcel that had already been paid for could be picked up in a separate window - it was signed that way. Now you have to stand with pensioners and amateurs to pay utility bills offline in a common queue for 30-50 minutes. Service from which it is impossible to refuse))

Meooooooooooooooooooo. And it's very problematic. Then the parcels are redirected somewhere without demand. They can't find the letters.

The post office works perfectly, the operators are postmen, the post office is always clean and comfortable, I thank all the postal workers for their work, and congratulations on their professional holiday.
