Served earlier at three different branches of the Ukrposhta, but such a trash as I have never seen anywhere else. 2 weeks trying to pick up parcels from aliexpress. Already 4 attempts were made to pick up and every time there is a queue on the street. A nightmare.

I don't want to comment on anyone. Continuous negative and incompetent staff

Pure horror, not service. No, we haven't heard about the convenience for the client. Earlier, at least parcels were given out from the yard, but now stand an hour in line with pensioners who pay for communal services.

The worst branch. Always queues, in the morning it is impossible because of pensioners.
