Nice branch. I got all the parcels on time, not a single hitch or (even worse) loss. Prior to that, it was serviced in Vishnevoe (Watercolors). It was gloom. You come for the parcels - they are gone for a month, two, three. Then they call me and ask me to pick up my parcels from the "delay".

I want to thank the staff of this department. Successfully and quickly solved the problem in a short time. Even the hotline did not help. Polite and friendly with people. In general, the classroom compared to others.

To receive a parcel from China, it must go through all the circles of hell at the Ukrposhta, return to its destination at all its sorting centers, and then, in the opinion of one employee, send it to a second round and so it will travel indefinitely from one sorting center to another ... if the addressee is indicated in your department, then please be kind enough to hold it for more than 1 day so that you can pick it up. And do not think that she was sent by accident and send it back to the sorting center !!! No need to think (this does not suit you), they have already thought for you and wrote the right department !!! It would be possible to always send it to other postal services, but alas ... if you did not manage to redirect it, then the package will go through all your sorting centers. It is surprising why the parcel did not return to China to clarify whether it was sent correctly or have not yet come up with such an opportunity?

I like this department, the specialists work quickly, always culturally with a good mood and a smile, sometimes SMS does not reach, the sender does not correctly indicate the surname or phone number - they still quickly find the right package, there is never a queue, and sometimes I go with the child - and this is one of the important conditions, at the moment this office is much better than the neighboring offices of New Mail 😉
