The office is not bad, the staff are generally polite and friendly, mostly middle-aged women. They strive to shift some of the work to the client - for example, when I sent a number of heavy parcels, they wanted me to take them to the warehouse. Otherwise, they threatened to "throw them on the floor in the department." After a short and clear answer, they stopped cheating and even found a trolley into which the package can be easily unloaded from the table. Yes, it is not easy for women in the department, the salary is ridiculous, but they are aware of the obligation to accept loads of up to 30 kg when signing an employment agreement and sign it in a clear mind and firm memory. With the exception of this episode, no excesses, rudeness or unprofessionalism were noticed, even in relation to elderly people - I saw them many times in the department, I was pleasantly surprised by the respectful tone and desire to help from the postal employees. Overall, everything is good. The management of Ukrposhta should think about how best to organize the issuance and dispatch of goods by operators.
